Po­lice, along with rel­a­tives of 15-year-old Fe­li­cia Lal­man, have been en­gaged in a fever­ish search for her af­ter she failed to re­turn home from work on Fri­day evening. Ac­cord­ing to re­ports, the Form Three stu­dent of the Siparia West Sec­ondary School left her home lo­cat­ed at Le­gal Trace, Latchoos Road, Pe­nal, around 7.45 am. She told her moth­er she was go­ing to work at Donut Boys on the SS Erin Road, Pe­nal, but has not been seen since.

The child's moth­er, 33-year-old Michelle Lal­man said calls to her mo­bile phone and checks with friends and rel­a­tives proved fu­tile. She was last seen wear­ing a pink top with a white vest, a pair of black track­pants and pair of black slip­pers. Lal­man is of mixed de­scent, 5 feet 6 inch­es tall, slim built, light-brown com­plex­ion, with round face and short light brown hair. PC Ram­per­sad of the Pe­nal Po­lice Sta­tion is con­tin­u­ing in­ves­ti­ga­tions.
