Easter is traditionally marked in T&T with two public holidays—Good Friday and Easter Monday. There are also several Easter Bonnet Parades in the lead up to the holiday. On Good Friday there is the traditional beating of the bobolee in most communities and on Easter Sunday there is the annual Kite Flying Competition at the Queen’s Park Savannah, Port-of-Spain.

Photographer DION ROACH captured some of the events yesterday.
