Daniel Guerra's post-mortem report was among several pieces of forensic evidence tendered into evidence yesterday as the preliminary inquiry into his murder resumed. Daniel, eight, went missing on February 18, 2011. Days later his bloated, semi-decomposed body was found floating in the Tarouba River, miles away from his Bedeau Street, Gasparillo, home. PC Darwin Ghouralal, 41, is charged with his murder. Senior Counsel Sophia Chote, instructed by Michelle Solomon, is representing Ghouralal. The matter has been adjourned to May 29.
