ST GEORGE'S-A school­teacher in Grena­da has been charged with mur­der in the slay­ing of a young woman whose dis­mem­bered re­mains were dis­cov­ered in a trash bin. Po­lice did not dis­close what ev­i­dence led them Sat­ur­day to ar­rest 23-year-old John Red­head, who teach­es fifth grade at an Ad­ven­tist pri­ma­ry school.

In­ves­ti­ga­tors say they found a weapon and per­son­al be­long­ings of 19-year-old vic­tim Ak­era Lal­gie scat­tered in a se­clud­ed area of the cap­i­tal of St George's.
