Warner said society has deteriorated to the point where youths are selling drugs, guns and some have even become grandparents. He said the time has come to stop sitting on the sidelines and take back communities from the negative elements.
Warner praised teachers in the SDMS school system for their discipline and commitment to education. He said the SDMS schools have displayed a level of discipline that reflects in the school's academic performance over the years. He said the 256-member Felicity club was the largest in the country even though it only got started six months ago. Warner also promised to assist the club to acquire property for its headquarters.
