Sec­re­tary of the Di­vi­sion of Health and So­cial Ser­vices as­sem­bly­man Clau­dia Groom-Duke presents a food ham­per to Gar­net Dash dur­ing a ham­per-dis­tri­b­u­tion ex­er­cise at Glen Road Com­mu­ni­ty Cen­tre, To­ba­go. A re­lease said the So­cial Wel­fare Unit with­in the di­vi­sion dis­trib­utes ham­pers every year to help peo­ple in need from their client base.

The unit pro­vid­ed 70 ham­pers for dis­tri­b­u­tion dur­ing the re­cent Christ­mas sea­son. The items in the ham­pers in­clud­ed milk, flour, oil and rice.
