Hamper for needy

Secretary of the Division of Health and Social Services assemblyman Claudia Groom-Duke presents a food hamper to Garnet Dash during a hamper-distribution exercise at Glen Road Community Centre, Tobago. A release said the Social Welfare Unit within the division distributes hampers every year to help people in need from their client base.

 

 

The unit provided 70 hampers for distribution during the recent Christmas season. The items in the hampers included milk, flour, oil and rice.
