Political leader of the Movement for Social Justice (MSJ) David Abdulah says the Cabinet lacks good judgment in its "wholehearted endorsement" of National Security Minister Jack Warner.Asked about Warner, Abdulah said, "Essentially, the executive summary of the report is not ambiguous and clear and the eminent members of the committee have said categorically that Warner is guilty of fraud and misappropriation of funds of Fifa and Concacaf. That is more than sufficient reason for his removal from Government.
"But quite apart from that is the fact the Cabinet of the country came out on Thursday (the day before the report) and, according to Minister of Information Jamal Mohammed, gave their wholehearted endorsement to Warner."Abdulah added, "It therefore suggests the Cabinet lacks good judgment and this itself has been evident for some time with all of the so-called missteps which really are a manifestation of bad governance. And this is why the MSJ left the Government."
