To celebrate this year's Emancipation Day, Dr Bill Winston, American businessman and entrepreneur, global ministry leader, and international speaker and lecturer will be the keynote speaker at three seminars. The theme is the "Power of Emancipation."The seminar schedule is: August 1, 5 pm-7 pm: Open Lecture at the Centre of Excellence in Macoya.Dr Winston's message will be broadcasted live from 6 pm-7 pm on CNC3.
August 2, 6 pm-8 pm: Open Lecture at the Calvary Road Tabernacle. Four Roads, Bon Accord, Tobago.August 3, 9 am-3 pm: Leadership Seminar–"Discover Your Leadership Qualities," at Couva/Point Lisas Chamber of Commerce in Couva.
Dr Winston is a widely respected business and ministry leader, a decorated US Air Force fighter pilot, successful author, and executive producer and host of a television broadcast that airs worldwide. At the core of Dr Winston's message is to help people develop into their highest potential as leaders and change agents in their sphere of influence in the marketplace and in ministry. Central to his mission is to bring economic development and community transformation to under-developed cities and nations around the world.
Dr Winston is founder and president of several business and ministry organisations including the Joseph Business School, which teaches practical and biblical principles to empower adults to develop indispensable skills as successful entrepreneurs and business leaders; Faith Ministries Alliance, with more than 500 churches and ministries worldwide; Bill Winston Ministries, a ministry outreach that reaches millions of people through radio, television, social media, and conferences; and founder and senior pastor of 20,000-member Living Word Christian Center in Forest Park, Illinois. Three of his other entities include two shopping malls and a commercial aviation business that provides general aviation services, such as fueling, flight training, maintenance and hangars.
The Emancipation Day events are hosted by the Full Gospel Businessmen International Fellowship in collaboration with the Christian Community "Churches". The Open Lecture is an invite only event which is free of charge to the public, whereas the leadership seminar is a ticketed event.
