Jabloteh U-14s remain lone perfect team

Tyrese Bai­ley and Kre­sen St Rose scored two goals each in the first-half as San Juan Jabloteh re­mained the lone team with a 100 per cent win­ning record in the T&T Pro Youth League af­ter a 9-1 thrash­ing of Cale­do­nia on Sun­day last.Bai­ley got his dou­ble in the ninth and 32nd min­utes while St Rose was on a tar­get in the 23rd and 25th for Jabloteh, now with max­i­mum 12 points from four match­es, one ahead of Pt Fortin Civic FC, which was held to a 2-2 draw with W Con­nec­tion while idle North East Stars slipped to third with ten points.

In the Un­der-16 Di­vi­sion, St Ann's Rangers climbed to the top with ten points from four match­es, and one point ahead of North East Stars fol­low­ing a 5-3 tri­umph over De­fence Force led by a dou­ble from Tekay Hoyce.W Con­nec­tion is third with eight points af­ter it blanked Pt Fortin Civi­ci 2-0 while the trio of Cale­do­nia AIA, Pt Fortin Civic and Po­lice are lev­el with sev­en points each.

And in the Un­der-18/Re­serve com­pe­ti­tion, W Con­nec­tion saw its lead cut to a mere point af­ter a 1-1 draw with Pt Fortin.W Con­nec­tion still leads with 11 points from five match­es, one more than Jabloteh which edged Cale­do­nia AIA, 2-1.
