Three men are now dead in two separate accidents that took place on Sunday in East and West Trinidad.
In the most recent death, the mother of the victim, 32-year-old Gerard Greaves said she hopes she gets justice this time around.
Judy Peters told the media outside the Forensic Science Centre, St James on Monday that six years ago, her eldest son, Wayne, was knocked down and killed. To date no one has been held responsible for that.
On Sunday night, it was a bitter deja vu for the Diego Martin mother who celebrated her 56 birthday last week.
"I hope something come out of this one the last son died a few days after I turn 50 and now this one come and die days after I turn 56. The first one get bounce down not to far from where this one died to you know," Roberts said.
Roberts' daughter-in-law Venecia Mitchell, said Robert's first child was killed while attempting to cross the Western Main Road near The Falls, Westmoorings. She said her brother-in-law was a hard worker who worked at Peake's Gas Station, Cocorite. Greaves lived at Upper Richplain, Diego Martin.
"On August 19 it will make it six years since my other son died. This one he never used to go outside or nothing it was work and home," Roberts said.
In the other accident, Lennox Sookhan and Nigel Patterson were found dead after the vehicle crashed in Wallerfield. Police said residents of Block 3, off the Churchill Roosevelt Highway in Wallerfield heard a screeching noise around 11.30 pm on Sunday before hearing a loud crash.
Both men are believed to have died instantly.
