Police officers found ammunition and marijuana hidden in bushes in Las Cuevas during an anti-crime exercise on Sunday.
According to a police report, the officers conducted the exercise between 10 am and 1.20 pm in the Las Cuevas area. Several bushy areas along Hotel Road were searched resulting in seven rounds of 7.62 ammunition and a quantity of marijuana found and seized. However, no one was arrested.
The exercise was supervised by Cpl Daniel and included members of the Maracas Bay Police Station and assisted by officers of the Blanchisseuse Police Station.
