The Buc­coo Reef fer­ry has fi­nal­ly docked at the Port of Spain Fer­ry Ter­mi­nal af­ter pas­sen­gers were left wait­ing for al­most three hours off­shore.

CNC3 News un­der­stands the ves­sel de­part­ed Scar­bor­ough at 6:30am and was sched­uled to dock at 9:30am but re­mained about 1.6 kilo­me­tres off­shore for sev­er­al hours.

Pas­sen­gers were told the de­lay was due to the T&T Spir­it re­main­ing at the dock­ing ramp, pre­vent­ing the Buc­coo Reef from berthing.

CNC3 News has reached out to the Port Au­thor­i­ty for com­ment and is await­ing a re­sponse.
