A security guard is fighting for his life at hospital, after he was stabbed multiple times by five men in Port-of-Spain, yesterday. Police have identified the victim as Oba Wynn, of Production Drive in Sea Lots. Asst Commissioner of Police Barnet Mayers said he was passing in the area when he observed a commotion inside of the grocery. Mayers said he stopped to investigate and learnt that Wynn was stabbed by five men who had chased him through the streets of the city. The victim, Mayers said, fled the establishment and was chased along Brian Lara Promenade into the grocery. He was corned in a storeroom on an upper floor and stabbed. Two suspects were held, while three others managed to escape. PC Ramdath of Port-of-Spain CID is investigating.
