A 40-year-old man was shot 11 times yes­ter­day at his Store Dri­ve home, Pe­tit Val­ley. Ter­rence "Raj" Corbin died on the spot. Po­lice said res­i­dents heard loud ex­plo­sions around 5.45 am and saw two armed men leav­ing Corbin's house. They im­me­di­ate­ly no­ti­fied the po­lice.

The body was viewed by the Dis­trict Med­ical Of­fi­cer and or­dered re­moved to the Foren­sic Sci­ence Cen­tre for an au­top­sy. Of­fi­cers of the Spe­cial An­ti Crime Unit, Crime Scene Unit, and Homi­cide Bu­reau vis­it­ed the scene. De­tec­tives said Corbin was known to them and his death was pos­si­bly gang re­lat­ed.
