Two women and a teenag­er are ex­pect­ed to ap­pear in the Ari­ma Mag­is­trates' Court on Mon­day, charged with pos­ses­sion of firearms and am­mu­ni­tion. The sus­pects, ages 21, 39 and 19, were ar­rest­ed yes­ter­day by of­fi­cers of the Tu­na­puna CID and North­ern Di­vi­sion­al Task Force.

A re­port said that round 5 am yes­ter­day, the of­fi­cers searched a house on Olton Road, Ari­ma, and re­port­ed­ly found a .357 re­volver and five rounds of am­mu­ni­tion. The search was head­ed by Se­nior Supt Stephen Ram­sub­hag. Al­so in the ex­er­cise were In­sp Jug­mo­han, Cpl Pe­ter­son, PCs Joseph and Grant.
