The Water and Sewerage Authority is advising customers of repairs to a broken 42” Transmission Main located cross country in the Valencia area.
According to this press release, repair works are scheduled to take place from 4:00 p.m. on Saturday 3rd December to 6:00 p.m. on Sunday 4th December, 2022.
The Water and Sewerage Authority, (the Authority), advises that customers in parts of North East Trinidad served by the North Oropouche Water Treatment Plant, will have their service interrupted as the Authority conducts repairs to a broken 42” Transmission Main located cross country in the Valencia area. Repair works are scheduled to take place from 4:00 p.m. on Saturday 3rd December to 6:00 p.m. on Sunday 4th December, 2022.

Customers are further advised that it may take up to forty-eight (48) hours for the service to normalize to some affected areas, in accordance with established water supply schedules, following the completion of these repairs.
A limited truck borne service will be available upon request. This can be requested through the following self-service options:
• Use of the mobile WASA Services App which can be downloaded for Android mobile customers from the Play Store or iPhone mobile customers from the Apple store.
• Use of the Customer Portal available on the Authority’s website: www.wasa.gov.tt.
