The formal notice of revocation by Homeland Security Minister Roger Alexander of the Preventive Detention Orders (PDOs) against Dominic Hadeed and Genevieve Hadeed has been published in the official Gazette.
The revocations, made under paragraph 9 of the Schedule to the Emergency Powers Regulations, 2026, were dated July 23, 2026.
Both Hadeeds had been placed under Preventive Detention Orders on June 27, 2026. Dominic was ordered detained at the Remand Prison, while Genevieve was ordered detained at the Women’s Prison.
The legal notices do not give a reason for the revocations.
Star Sabga remains under house arrest
The latest revocations do not include Star Sabga, whose detention order remains in effect.
Sabga remains under house arrest as part of the State of Emergency measures.
The revocations mean the Hadeeds are no longer subject to the detention orders issued against them under the emergency regulations.
