The for­mal no­tice of re­vo­ca­tion by Home­land Se­cu­ri­ty Min­is­ter Roger Alexan­der of the Pre­ven­tive De­ten­tion Or­ders (PDOs) against Do­minic Hadeed and Genevieve Hadeed has been pub­lished in the of­fi­cial Gazette.

The re­vo­ca­tions, made un­der para­graph 9 of the Sched­ule to the Emer­gency Pow­ers Reg­u­la­tions, 2026, were dat­ed Ju­ly 23, 2026.

Both Hadeeds had been placed un­der Pre­ven­tive De­ten­tion Or­ders on June 27, 2026. Do­minic was or­dered de­tained at the Re­mand Prison, while Genevieve was or­dered de­tained at the Women’s Prison.

The le­gal no­tices do not give a rea­son for the re­vo­ca­tions.

Star Sab­ga re­mains un­der house ar­rest

The lat­est re­vo­ca­tions do not in­clude Star Sab­ga, whose de­ten­tion or­der re­mains in ef­fect.

Sab­ga re­mains un­der house ar­rest as part of the State of Emer­gency mea­sures.

The re­vo­ca­tions mean the Hadeeds are no longer sub­ject to the de­ten­tion or­ders is­sued against them un­der the emer­gency reg­u­la­tions.
