Fac­ing the is­sues and peo­ple's pain Mr Speak­er, on the 24th of May

this year, un­der 120 days ago, the peo­ple over­whelm­ing­ly vot­ed for a

new man­date. Our peo­ple ex­er­cised "the right to re­call" in the most

em­phat­ic man­ner. They placed their faith, and their fu­ture, in the

hands of the Peo­ple's Part­ner­ship. It is a priv­i­lege to present the

first Bud­get of the Peo­ple's Part­ner­ship Gov­ern­ment to this Ho­n­ourable House.
