Trin­i­ty Group of Com­pa­nies has con­firmed that their ves­sel ‘Lift­boat Daniela’ had cap­sized and now sits on the seafloor no longer pos­ing a risk to any of Her­itage Pe­tro­le­um’s plat­forms or in­stal­la­tions.

On the morn­ing of No­vem­ber 30th, 2022 at about 8:00 am our ves­sel ‘Lift­boat Daniela’ was en­gaged in rou­tine op­er­a­tions prepar­ing for a de­par­ture from Her­itage Pe­tro­le­um’s Well S822 North Field. 

Short­ly af­ter the ves­sel de­vel­oped a list, the ves­sel’s Cap­tain made the safe de­ci­sion to aban­don the ship, where­by all crew and per­son­nel were evac­u­at­ed to a near­by ves­sel which trans­port­ed them back to the Base in Point Fortin. 

There are no in­juries record­ed. By 9:00 am our ves­sel ‘Lift­boat Daniela’ had cap­sized and now sits on the seafloor no longer pos­ing a risk to any of Her­itage Pe­tro­le­um’s plat­forms or in­stal­la­tions.
