The Min­istry of Works and Trans­port is in­form­ing the pub­lic that the ex­ten­sion of the mora­to­ri­um for the im­ple­men­ta­tion of the Tint Reg­u­la­tions ex­pires on De­cem­ber 31st, 2021. Per­sons should get their ve­hi­cle’s tint lev­el ver­i­fied at a rep­utable tint shop. De­tails fol­low in this press re­lease from the Min­istry of Works and Trans­port:

 

The Min­istry ad­vis­es the gen­er­al pub­lic that the ex­ten­sion of the mora­to­ri­um for the im­ple­men­ta­tion of the Tint Reg­u­la­tions ex­pires on De­cem­ber 31st, 2021.

The New Wind­screen and Win­dow Tint Reg­u­la­tions, 2020 in­tro­duces:

Ob­jec­tiv­i­ty with Clear­ly De­fined Laws;

Road Safe­ty;

Per­mis­si­ble Lev­els of Tint; and

In­creased Grounds for Ex­emp­tions
