The National Insurance Board of Trinidad and Tobago (NIBTT) is advising citizens of a change in its business hours, in light of new COVID-19 regulations issued under the Public Health Ordinance.
In an official statement, NIBTT explains that the new business hours have been implemented from Tuesday 31st March, and will remain in place until Wednesday 15th April. It also indicates the specific circumstances under which an NIBTT Service Centre should be visited, in person.

NEW BUSINESS HOURS AT THE NIBTT
In light of the latest COVID-19 regulations, the public is hereby notified that from Tuesday 31st March, 2020 to Wednesday 15th April, 2020, locations of the National Insurance Board of Trinidad and Tobago (with the exception of the Arima Collection Centre) will be opened to the public from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
The Arima Collection Centre will remain closed for this period.

• Social Welfare forms
