A land­slide in L'Anse Four­mi is pre­vent­ing T&TEC crews from reach­ing a fall­en over­head line and restor­ing pow­er. 

Ac­cord­ing to T&TEC, it's the largest com­mu­ni­ty still af­fect­ed by the pas­sage of Hur­ri­cane Beryl.  

Mean­while as of 9am, even though 95% of the pow­er has been re­stored, T&TEC says there are 6 oth­er com­mu­ni­ties with­out pow­er.

The util­i­ty com­pa­ny said crews are work­ing on restor­ing pow­er to parts of Ma­son Hall, Mo­ri­ah, Good­wood, Mt. St.George, Ar­gyle and Bell Gar­den.

"Crews worked through the night, and, in Trinidad, elec­tric­i­ty sup­ply has been

re­stored to all ar­eas which were af­fect­ed by the ad­verse weath­er," T&TEC said in a re­lease. "Three crews from Trinidad will ar­rive in To­ba­go to­day to lend

ad­di­tion­al sup­port to the restora­tion ef­forts."
