The third man slain by police in a house in Talparo, has been identified as Colin Welch.
Kadeem Welch and Dion Caldon were other men killed by police following a shootout at house on Fitt Trace, off Todd's Station Road at around 2pm on Friday.
The three men were tracked to the home by police via the items they had stolen from a delivery van following an armed robbery in Todd's Road earlier on Friday.
Residents said the owner of the house surrendered to police after the shootout. He was unarmed.
In an unrelated incident, a Carapo man was murdered at his home early on Saturday.
Stephen Maloney, 27 of Simon Road, Carapo was ambushed by two men after going to check his yard when his dog started barking.
The gunmen shot him in his face and chest
The men escaped in an orange Nissan Juke.
Officers of the La Horquetta police station PC Durity, PC Enile and PC Henry were on patrol nearby and responded to the call.
However, the victim's family took the man to the Arima Health Facility before the officers arrived.
Maloney was pronounced dead on arrival at the facility.
