?UNC's Jack Warn­er will an­nounce on Wednes­day who he is sup­port­ing in the UNC's lead­er­ship race. He con­firmed this yes­ter­day, stat­ing that his an­nounce­ment would come soon af­ter he launch­es 50 phone banks for cam­paign­ing to start. Warn­er who had pre­dict­ed that one of the three lead­er­ship can­di­dates–not Kam­la Per­sad Bisses­sar–would drop out, said he did not plan speak­ing with Ramesh Lawrence Ma­haraj or leader Bas­deo Pan­day to drop out. "I know com­mon sense will pre­vail and I re­ly on it to do so–time will tell." On the lat­est Ryan Poll which showed the PNM and UNC lead­ers rat­ing poor­ly, Warn­er said: "I now want to hear Pan­day say that polls like this are a dime a dozen, as he did the oth­er polls." (GA)
