A 35-year-old man San­gre Grande man has been shot and wound­ed. The in­ci­dent took place near Pi­ar­co Air Ser­vices

Ac­cord­ing to a po­lice re­port, at about 10.25 am po­lice of­fi­cers re­spond­ed to a shoot­ing at El So­cor­ro South where they found George Gilkes shot on the right shoul­der. He was in a ve­hi­cle when a gun­man opened fire.

Gilkes was tak­en to the Er­ic Wil­iams Med­ical Sci­ences Com­plex for med­ical treat­ment.
