A San Juan man was shot in the leg on Tuesday night as he stood on the steps of his home waiting for his wife to park her car in their garage.
Police said the 41-year-old of Nicholasville Extension, San Juan, was standing on the front steps of his home around 8 pm on October 21, watching his wife park her car, when he was approached by two men he recognised who began shooting at him.
The victim reportedly ran into his house, but not before he was shot in the upper left leg.
As he collapsed on the floor, the two suspects fled.
He was rushed to the Eric Williams Medical Sciences Complex, Mt Hope, where he was treated and remains in a stable condition.
