One of the top su­per yachts in the Caribbean was spot­ted docked at the Port-of-Spain Wa­ter­front on Car­ni­val Mon­day.

The Sher­akhan, which can be leased for close to US$500,000 per week, caused a stir among guests in the near­by Hy­att Re­gency ho­tel.

In­for­ma­tion re­lat­ing to the guests was un­avail­able on Car­ni­val Mon­day.

The 228-foot ves­sel can ac­com­mo­date up to 18 guests and has a full-ser­vice spa, a pri­vate li­brary, a sauna, an in­door gym­na­si­um and a mas­sive sun­deck hot tub.

Those mega yacht char­ter ameni­ties are in ad­di­tion to things like ten­ders, jet skis, wave run­ners and oth­er toys that are tra­di­tion­al­ly avail­able on­board “reg­u­lar-size” boats for the Caribbean.
