The Mem­ber of Par­lia­ment for Tabaquite, Dr Su­ru­jrat­tan Ram­bachan, has ex­tend­ed hearty con­grat­u­la­tions to the ANSA McAl Group and Guardian Me­dia Lim­it­ed, for their Na­tion­al Ap­plause ini­tia­tive.

In an of­fi­cial state­ment re­leased a short while ago, Dr Ram­bachan notes that the ini­tia­tive has served as uni­fy­ing force in the coun­try.

May I on be­half of my fam­i­ly and my­self and my Staff at the Con­stituen­cy Of­fice of Tabaquite ex­tend con­grat­u­la­tions to the ANSA McAl Group and Guardian Me­dia for the Na­tion­al Ap­plause. This one act unit­ed the na­tion in a na­tion­al act of grat­i­tude.

Let us re­mem­ber that those in the front line are putting their lives at risk to save lives. This is the re­al­i­ty. Un­for­tu­nate­ly, a lot of per­sons in our coun­try still do not ap­pre­ci­ate this. A lot of us are un­will­ing to sac­ri­fice. I hope that this event Has lift­ed the con­scious­ness of every cit­i­zen so that we all rec­og­nize that peo­ple in the front line are at risk of los­ing their lives to save our lives. This is work as wor­ship.
