Po­lice are ask­ing for the pub­lic’s help to find a 48-year-old fish­er­man from Cot­tage Trace Gold­en Lane To­ba­go.

Joseph “Jack Spar­row” Ramkissoon was last seen on Jan­u­ary 19, 2023. His com­mon law wife re­port­ed him miss­ing to po­lice.

Ramkissoon is of East In­di­an de­scent, brown in com­plex­ion, black dread­ed hair­style, five feet, eight inch­es tall, slim built, ap­prox­i­mate­ly 140 lbs with bushy fa­cial hair. He was last seen wear­ing a pair of dark-coloured pants, and a dark coloured t-shirt.
