TTARP–an association of responsible persons with a membership of over 40,000 who are age 50 and over continue to look after the needs of its members whilst seeking new members and new partnerships.
With 30 years of experience in social work, and receiving a National Award in the form of the Hummingbird Medal Gold for National Service in 2019, the growth and achievements are outstanding as an NGO (non-governmental organisation).
At the helm, is the president, Peter Peña with his dedicated executive board members who have assisted in navigating during calm and difficult times.
Eleven zonal groups spread throughout the twin isles provide activities for members within the community which aim to improve the quality of their lives/promote their independence, dignity and purpose/lead in determining their role in society/and improve the image of the Golden Years.
As a member of this association, one can benefit from savings in 62 categories of business from over 400 merchants/assisting and advocating for the elderly/providing voluntary services and possible work opportunities/ subscription to TTARP’s O50Q Magazine and most recently the launch of a new and improved medical care programme with HealthNet Caribbean Limited.
