Two fe­males and a mi­nor have been ar­rest­ed af­ter a Bar­ret­ta pis­tol, and 16 rounds of am­mu­ni­tion were found at a home dur­ing an an­ti­crime ex­er­cise in Co­corite.

Ac­cord­ing to po­lice re­ports, of­fi­cers of the West­ern Di­vi­sion Task Force (WDTF) ex­e­cut­ed a search war­rant at a home in Co­corite around 1 a.m to­day.

They found one (1) Berret­ta pis­tol loaded with six­teen (16) rounds of 9mm am­mu­ni­tion. The ex­er­cise was spear­head­ed by Snr Supt Thomp­son, Ag In­sp Grant, co­or­di­nat­ed by Ag Sgt Car­mona, su­per­vised by Ag Cpls Hunte and Khan and in­clud­ed PCs Clement, Hollingsworth, Den­nis, Pe­ters, Frith, Tay­lor, Charles and WPC Nor­eiga
