Port of Spain police are probing an incident where the uniforms of two police officers were reported stolen from their locker rooms last week.
In the first incident on Tuesday morning, the officer who is assigned to the Guard and Emergency Branch (GEB), La Fantasia Road, St Anns, reported that he secured a pair of digital blue camouflage pants and his digital blue camouflage jacket in his locker and left for the day.
The officer returned on Friday and noticed the lock on his locker broken and the uniform missing.
On Wednesday another officer reported packing away a digital blue camouflage jacket, and two digital blue camouflage caps and left for the day.
He also returned on Friday morning and noticed the lock to his locker on the floor and the uniform missing.
Belmont Police and officers of the Port of Spain Crime Scene Investigation (CSI) Unit visited the scene and are continuing enquiries.
