While much of the ser­vice to To­ba­go has been re­stored, the Bloody Bay fa­cil­i­ty is still down, leav­ing many with­out wa­ter, ac­cord­ing to the lat­est up­date from WASA.

Cas­tara, Bloody Bay, Par­latu­vi­er and L'Anse Four­mi are still af­fect­ed. Many of those ar­eas are al­so af­fect­ed by pow­er out­ages due to fall­en trees and de­bris.

In Trinidad, parts of east Trinidad are still be­ing af­fect­ed. Yes­ter­day, sev­er­al plants were shut down due to high tur­bid­i­ty. Ar­eas like Lopinot, Ari­ma, Va­len­cia and Matu­ra are ex­pect­ed to re­gain a wa­ter sup­ply through­out the day.
