A Lam­beau man and a Diego Mar­tin woman both ap­peared be­fore a Scar­bor­ough Mag­is­trate charged with the of­fences of lar­ce­ny of ar­ti­cles on No­vem­ber 7.

Cody Bai­ley, 21, of Mt St George and Mil­ford Road, Lam­beau was charged with Lar­ce­ny of Ar­ti­cles. He was not called up­on to plea as the charges were laid in­dictably. Bai­ley is re­mand­ed in cus­tody un­til Fri­day, for bail con­sid­er­a­tion by the court.

His ac­com­plice, Jah­mielia Pierre, 20, of Lucy Vale, Diego Mar­tin, al­so ap­peared be­fore Se­nior Mag­is­trate Chris­tine Charles at the

Scar­bor­ough Mag­is­trates’ First Court, charged with house break­ing and lar­ce­ny. Pierre was grant­ed $100,000 bail with a sure­ty or an al­ter­na­tive cash de­posit of $15,000.

As part of her bail con­di­tion, Pierre must re­main in Trinidad un­less she is re­port­ing to the To­ba­go court.

Pierre is ex­pect­ed to reap­pear in court on De­cem­ber 5.

Ac­cord­ing to a po­lice re­port, be­tween No­vem­ber 1st and 2nd, based on in­for­ma­tion re­ceived two men and a woman were ar­rest­ed af­ter a search war­rant was ex­e­cut­ed at Lam­beau and Up­per Scar­bor­ough.
