"I am al­so cer­ti­fied as a me­di­a­tor by the Me­di­a­tion Board of Trinidad and To­ba­go." Row­ley, she said, is ful­ly aware "of who I am," hav­ing at­tend­ed the Uni­ver­si­ty and Law School with his wife Sharon. "I al­so tu­tored his daugh­ter at Law School. My name ap­pears on his wife's and their chil­dren's birth pa­per." Fran­cois said she al­so met Row­ley on sev­er­al oc­ca­sions, so­cial­ly and in her pro­fes­sion­al ca­pac­i­ty.
