Twenty-three primary schools from the Port-of-Spain and Environs West Zones, will compete in front of a crowd of 6,000 spectators at the Hasely Crawford Stadium. Games Advisor Kelvin Nancoo who has resigned from his post of co-ordinator will address the conference. Nestle's consumer marketing manager Stacyann Charles is also expected to address the gathering, along with the chairperson of the West Zones, Lorna Blackman.
