Joel Bodkin helped himself to a hat-trick and Akim Tossaint added a double as Paragon outgunned Stag Malvern 7-3 in their T&T Hockey Board Men's Championship Division match at the National Hockey Centre, Tacarigua, on Sunday. But it was not as easy as the scoreline suggests for Paragon as it was Malvern who took the lead after only two minutes thanks to a Justin Clarke field goal. However, Bodkin then drew his team level in the 12th minute before Christopher Scipio made it 2-1 in the 15th minute for Paragon to lead 2-1 at the half.On the resumption, Paragon quickly put the match out of Malvern's reach when Akim Toussaint fired in a quick double in the 47th and 53rd minute for a 4-1 advantage while Kiel Murray made it 5-1 in the 61st minute.
