Pierre paces K Brands past Princes Town Youths
Former national defender Anton Pierre scored a pair of goals as K Brands outplayed Princes Town Youths 4-2 in the latest round of matches in the Premier Division of the UWI Employees Super Football League. Darren Carter and Dwayne Charles added one each for K Brands in the win. Also in winners’ row was Caution, which got a goal each from Joel Richards, Jason Joseph and Triston Khan to edge Princes Town Youths, 3-2. For Princes Town, Cleve Moore got both items.
In other Premier Division matches, Tunapuna Titans steamrolled House of Dread 3-0; Carib FC blanked University of Southern Caribbean 2-0 and GEMS stopped Semi Pro 2-0. Petit Bourg Youths enjoyed a good week in the First Division as they took maximum six points from their two matches. First, Petit Bourg used goals from Keonn John and Kasseem Karim to shut down Small Stars 2-0 while Nathan Patterson, Devon Lewis and Raphael Sorzano netted a 3-0 thrashing of Sparta.
