Two young cricketers practice fundamental skills at the Digicel Grassroots Cricket Two-Day camp held on Saturday and Sunday.

The love of the game overcame the rainy weather on the weekend as 144 Under-15 cricketers turned out for the Digicel Grassroots Cricket Two-Day camp held island-wide. Digicel continued its long-standing commitment to the development of cricket with the camp, which was also used as research to inform cricket development. The camp also benefitted the national U-15 team, giving the members additional coaching sessions and opportunities to play against their peers.  Young cricketers were put through a series of drills and practice matches in addition to sessions addressing the listening and communications skills of the players. By the end of the weekend, these young athletes had taken yet another step on the path to cricketing excellence.
