WASA FC played to a second consecutive draw, this time in a goalless encounter at home to bmobile Joe Public at WASA ground, St Joseph in the late fixture of the blink/ bmobile National Super League on Wednesday. The point took the defending champions to 11 points in the table which was not enough to keep down an emerging Stokely Vale side which had earlier won 2-0. Stokely Vale were 2-0 winners against Club Sando, taking Plymouth, Tobago club to 13 points, two above WASA at the end of Match Day Six. Club Sando dropped into third place following their defeat and WASA's point.
The draw for Joe Public, however, left the team in fourth place on nine points, with West Side Super Starzs which were also winners on the day against 1976 FC Phoenix 3-1. Eagles United which found a late winner from Glenwell John in their match against Real Maracas went from four to seven points, but have not moved from second to bottom in the table on goal difference with 1976 FC Phoenix. Defence Force stepped up two positions from eighth to sixth place following the team's first three points earned in a 2-1 away win against St Francois Nationals. St Francois remain rooted to the bottom of the table with one point. After match day six, only six points separate the first to ninth placed teams in the ten team table.
