Car­olyn Good­ing, a char­tered ac­coun­tant of the projects de­part­ment, Uni­ver­si­ty of West In­dies, St Au­gus­tine, has been named to the Au­tho­ri­sa­tion Com­mit­tee (AC) which will over­see the dis­burse­ment of funds for the up­com­ing So­ca War­riors 2014 Brazil Fi­fa World Cup cam­paign and oth­er foot­ball projects.

The com­mit­tee's fi­nal mem­ber, a T&T Foot­ball Fed­er­a­tion rep­re­sen­ta­tive will be con­firmed ear­ly next week.

Ac­cord­ing to An­tho­ny Har­ford, man­ag­ing di­rec­tor of All Sport Pro­mo­tions Lim­it­ed and chair­man of the Au­tho­ri­sa­tion Com­mit­tee, the T&TFF held its meet­ing on Fri­day to se­lect its rep­re­sen­ta­tive of the com­mit­tee which was done but now has to be rat­i­fied be­fore be­ing re­lease to the me­dia. This com­mit­tee, which will work along­side All Sport Pro­mo­tions, the new­ly-ap­point­ed mar­ket­ing and event man­age­ment agents for the TTFF, al­so in­cludes Ian De Souza, gen­er­al man­ag­er Cor­po­rate and In­vest­ment Bank­ing, Re­pub­lic Bank T&T and Caryl Kel­lar, ad­vi­sor to the min­is­ter of sport.
