Lo­cal golfer Na­talya Ra­hamat­u­la, walked away with the "A" class cham­pi­onship ti­tle on the sec­ond and fi­nal day of the AIB Woman Golf Open at the St An­drew's Golf Course, Mo­ka, Mar­aval. Rainy con­di­tions did not ham­per Ra­hamat­u­la who fin­ished the day with a five over par 77 and a two-day to­tal of 152. Emi­ly Ram­sa­hai was sec­ond and Pauline Raynor third in the gross cat­e­go­ry. The Net win­ner was Guyana's Chris­tine Sukhram.

In the "B" di­vi­sion, Syn­thia Nel­son main­tained her one-stroke lead to hold off An­gela Hodgkin­son and Kit­ty Mur­phy. Re­nee Ay­oung was the Net win­ner. The high­light in the B Class was the hole-in-one by Car­olyn Main­got on the par 3 11th hole. Bren­da Clarke beat out Chan­dra Jag­ger­nauth to win the "C" Class. First day leader Ser­e­na Macken­zie fell back to 4th over­all but copped the Net ti­tle.
