Daren Gan­ga is hop­ing his wife who joined the team in In­dia will bring 'La­dy Luck' and his team can win the Nokia Cham­pi­ons League ti­tle. Gan­ga's wife Nouralin who missed the 2009 cam­paign can be seen cel­e­brat­ing with the rest of the Tri­ni sup­port­ers in the stands. Ac­cord­ing to Gan­ga: "It is great that my wife can join me be­cause this tour­na­ment is as big as it gets. Hope­ful­ly she has brought along 'La­dy Luck' and we can win the tour­na­ment."

Gan­ga, who re­cent­ly fin­ished his law de­gree is hop­ing to vis­it the courts af­ter his crick­et­ing days are over. "I have my de­gree af­ter much sac­ri­fice and now I have to sit at the bar and take things from there. Hope­ful­ly I will be wear­ing the black robes af­ter my crick­et has fin­ished." T&T's Sport Am­bas­sador says his wife is in­to fash­ion de­sign­ing and he may have a part to play in that lat­er one day.

The en­tire Gan­ga fam­i­ly is in In­dia with Daren's par­ents Ramesh and Jen­no al­so on board. El­der broth­er Shel­don who played Un­der-19 crick­et for T&T is al­so in In­dia. Shel­don thinks Sher­win can make a big dif­fer­ence to the team in In­dia. "Sher­win I think is the most tal­ent­ed of the broth­ers and we saw what he can do in the open­ing game against Ruhunu. The boy can bat and added to this he has come along as a spin­ner, al­though I would like to see him tight­en up a bit with his bowl­ing."
