An unbeaten 26 by T&T's off-spinner Sunil Narine carried the West Indies A to a one-wicket victory on the final day of the second four-day "Test" against Bangladesh at the Beausejour Cricket Ground in St Lucia.
Starting the day needing just 74 runs to complete victory with eight wickets in hand, the West Indies 'A' made heavy weather of the target and lost seven wickets in the process. The loss of main batsmen Danza Hyatt (62) and Jonathan Carter (55) got the visitors back in the game and it took an unbeaten 17-run last wicket stand between Narine and Nelon Pascal to see the Windies 'A' home. As a result of the win, the West Indies 'A' claim the two 'Test' series 1-0 and attention will now shift to the shorter format of the game.
