The bat­tle for the three Caribbean Foot­ball Union Club Cham­pi­onship spots in the 2012/2013 Con­ca­caf Cham­pi­ons League will re­sume with First Round Group Two and Group Three match­es from to­mor­row. Group Three will kick off in Haiti at the Stade Sylvio Cator, Port-au-Prince fea­tur­ing host clubs, Vic­to­ry and and Bal­ti­more as well as Cen­tro Bar­ber of Cu­ra­cao and Baya­mon FC of Puer­to Ri­co. Mean­while, Group Two will be­gin a day lat­er (Tues­day) at the Prov­i­dence Sta­di­um, Guyana and will see lo­cal sides Mile­rock and 2011 CFU club third-place fin­ish­er Al­pha Unit­ed, Huben­tut For­tu­na of Cu­ra­cao and reg­u­lar com­peti­tors SV In­ter Mo­en­go­tapoe of Suri­name bat­tling for top ho­n­ours.

The two group win­ners and Cay­man Is­lands' club, George­town win­ner of the Group One se­ries last month and the best run­ner-up from the three groups to the Sec­ond Round eight-team group stage May 1-6. Two of the four qual­i­fiers will join seed­ed sides, Puer­to Ri­co Is­landers, the two-time de­fend­ing cham­pi­on, and T&T's Cale­do­nia AIA, paired in one of the groups while the re­main­ing two clubs join T&T's W Con­nec­tion, a four-time cham­pi­on (2001, 2002, 2006, 2009) al­so run­ner-up in 2000 and 2003 and Bar­racu­d­as FC of An­tigua, in the oth­er. The win­ners and run­ners-up from the two sec­ond-round groups will ad­vance to the CFU club cham­pi­onship fi­nals May 23-27, with three teams qual­i­fy­ing for next sea­son's Con­ca­caf Cham­pi­ons League.
