W Connection will need at least a draw to maintain top position in the Oasis Youth Pro League Under-16 division when the team comes up against St Ann’s Rangers, in a rescheduled match, at 2 pm today. The two teams will clash in the first match of a double header, at Trinity College Ground, Moka, and will be followed by an Under-18 fixture between the same two clubs. W Connection leads the Under-16 standings with 30 points, with 12 matches played, while St Ann’s Rangers has 28 points from 11 matched. Rangers, which will have one more fixture outstanding will tackle third placed Adam’s Construction San Juan Jabloteh, on Tuesday, at Trinity College Ground. Jabloteh, however, will have its first Under-18 outstanding match against DirecTV North East Stars, tomorrow, at Real Spring Village Ground, Valsayn, from 4 pm. Jabloteh currently sits dead last in the Under-18 division with six points. North East Stars will be playing for all three points, which would see them promoted to second place, while relegating T&TEC to third. The last round of matches will be played next weekend to wrap up an exciting Youth Pro League 2012 season.
