Lead­ers En­ter­prise Youths and Cunu­pia FC pulled away from the chas­ing pack with im­por­tant vic­to­ries when the CRILLE-spon­sored Cen­tral Foot­ball As­so­ci­a­tion Pre­mier Di­vi­sion con­tin­ued with three match­es on Mon­day night. In the first match of a dou­ble-head­er at Hugo Fran­cis Recre­ation Ground, Wood­ford Lodge, for­mer na­tion­al youth strik­er Ryan Fred­er­ick net­ted in the 44th minute and Tre­van Sobers in the 50th minute, to earn En­ter­prise a come-from-be­hind 2-1 tri­umph over Ed­in­burgh 500.

Ed­in­burgh had tak­en the lead as ear­ly as the fifth minute off the boot of At­i­ba Alves, how­ev­er it failed to cap­i­talise on its ear­ly start and stum­bled to a cru­cial loss. With the win, En­ter­prise stayed top of the ta­ble with 37 points from 18 match­es, two more than Cunu­pia which got braces from Ka­reem Beck­les and An­tho­ny Noel in its 5-1 thump­ing of Per­se­ver­ance Ball Run­ners at Ed­in­burgh 500 Recre­ation Ground while Ed­in­burgh stayed third with 31 points, but with a match in hand.

For Cunu­pia, Beck­les got his goals in the 34th and 81st, Noel scored in the 68th and 89th, all af­ter Bobin­ton King fired in the 17th minute open­er. Ball Run­ners got its lone re­ply from Shawn Ray­mond in the 72nd minute. In the sec­ond match at Wood­ford, Ja­son Wa­ter­man (12th) and Randy Har­ris (44th) got first-half items for Leeds to blank KC Per­se­ver­ance Unit­ed and join Ed­in­burgh on 31 points, but from on­ly 16 match­es.

The win­ners of the CFA?Pre­mier Di­vi­sion will take away $10,000 and a spot in the T&T Foot­ball Fed­er­a­tion "Cham­pi­on of Cham­pi­ons" com­pe­ti­tion from which three teams will qual­i­fy for the blink/bmo­bile Na­tion­al Su­per League.

Sec­ond gets $5,000, third, $3,000 and fourth, $2,000.
