Hills United and Roxborough Lakers will face off in the Tobago Football Association FA?Trophy final after comfortable semifinal victories at the Dwight Yorke Stadium, Bacolet, on Wednesday night.
In the first match, Kandel Joefield fired in a hat-trick to lead Hills United past First Division outfit, Federal Northside Combine, 5-3.
Esron Hinds and Colin Williams added the others for Hills United while Daniel Henry got two and Alvin King one for Northside in the loss.
Lakers had a much easier time as it trounced Youth Stars 3-0 with Duron Dilworth, Dyke Reid and Rondell Johnson the scorers.
The winner of Thursday's final at the same venue from 7 pm will collect the prestigious TFA FA trophy along with $20,000 while second gets $10,000. Two hours earlier on Thursday, Northside and Youths Stars meet for the $7,000 and $3,000 third and fourth place prizes as well as to determine the third qualifier for the T&T Football Federation FA competition.
Meanwhile, the TFA Premier Division resumes tomorrow with two matches at Goodwood from 5 pm.
