The un­beat­en Glenn Mendez-trained fil­ly Safra Tilah will have her sternest test to date when she takes on 10 ri­vals in Sat­ur­day's fea­ture event the Stud Farm As­so­ci­a­tion Breed­ers Stakes over 1,200 me­tres. Safra Tilah will have to hand out from three ki­los to sev­en ki­los to main ri­val Al­ways A Princess from the John O'Brien barn.

Last time out Al­ways A Princess was clos­ing on Safra Tilah, and in re­ceipt of four more ki­los the O'Brien in­mate is qui­et­ly ex­pect­ed to do the busi­ness in the $100,000 purse event. This looks more of a match race be­tween the pair and should Safra Tilah win again then no one should even at­tempt to race against the fil­ly in the St Ann's Stakes. Se­cret Cir­cle and new­com­ers At­lanti­ca and Sweet Ge­nius are ex­pect­ed to run well.

How­ev­er, the top speed­ster will be out in full force when Sig­nal Alert, Read­bew­teend­lines and Ig­ni­tion Coil lock horns over 1,100 me­tres on the main track in an event for hors­es rat­ed 85-65. This should be a good Stew­ard's Cup guide as Mendez has two of the top sprint­ers in the busi­ness set to do them­selves jus­tice.
